Rates
All rates are in Euros and all taxes are included.

SERVICES/RESPONSABILITIES
Europlus Travel Services is acting as an intermediary between the client and the air or sea Transport Company, hotels, cruise companies, organised tours companies and other suppliers.
Europlus Travel Services guarantees its good performance and the continuous supervision of the suppliers. Europlus Travel Services does not bear any responsibility in case of alteration in the travel plans of the client as a result of the suppliers not respecting the relevant agreements.

RESERVATION
Upon final reservation, confirmation will be sent to you by fax or e : mail.
The invoice will be sent to you as soon as full payment has been received by us.

CONFIRMATION
Confirmation constitutes a voucher sent by us with e: mail or fax which will correspond to the land arrangements as well as the invoice. The voucher will bear all the details relevant to your reservations.

Cards accepted by us are: VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and MASTERCARD.
For bookings that related to arrivals over a month 30% deposit from the total amount is required upon confirmation. The balance will be due 30 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION FEES
- Over 30 days prior to arrival: 45, 00 Euros per person.
- 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total amount.
- 20 to 8 days prior to arrival:  50% of the total amount.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount.

RECLAMATIONS
Reclamations will be accepted after a period of 15 days of the clients’ departure with registered mail.

NO SHOW
In case the client does not turn up 100% cancellation fees are applicable. 

INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in our offer, is optional and we strongly recommended.
